Before we go see properties, I like to sit down with my clients to go through what the process looks like from start to finish. I go over viewing properties, contracts, expectations, and goals. From experience, I have found that this has help ensure that everyone is on the same page from the time we step foot on that first property to the time we close on a home for you!

Seeing the home with your own eyes is one thing, but learning what’s behind the walls and what you can’t see is what makes this part of the process so important. I help you navigate the process with ease and negotiate the best outcome should any serious concerns with the home pop up.
